Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe meaningful mental health care begins with trust, respect, and genuine therapeutic communication. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel heard, valued, and comfortable being yourself. I approach every person with compassion, integrity, and respect for their unique experiences, values, and goals. Your privacy and confidentiality are also central to the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care to people across the lifespan. I believe every person deserves to be treated as a whole individual—not simply defined by a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.

My approach is grounded in listening, understanding your unique circumstances, and building a collaborative relationship where you feel involved in your care. I work to provide care that is compassionate, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs, while creating a space where you can openly discuss your concerns and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll take the time to listen to your concerns, learn about your history and current experiences, and gain a comprehensive understanding of what you’re hoping to accomplish through treatment.

You can expect a thorough, compassionate, and holistic assessment in a supportive environment. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, respected, and confident that we are working together toward your mental health goals.
