Great to meet you!

Caring for your mental health is a vital part of living a balanced, fulfilling life. I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I want to honor your courage for being here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I have worked with children, adults, and families across Delaware since 1995. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and expertise.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in care, respect, and a deep commitment to seeing you as a whole person. I practice Motivational Interviewing (MI), a supportive and non-judgmental method that helps you discover the changes that feel right for you. I also integrate trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, ensuring our work honors your unique background and experiences. Together, we will create a safe space where you can explore mixed feelings, build confidence, and move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know one another in a warm, welcoming space. You'll have the chance to share your story and discuss what you hope to achieve — and if you aren't sure yet, that's perfectly okay. My priority is creating an environment where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and secure enough to open up. From this foundation, we will collaborate in future sessions to turn your goals into reality.
