Great to meet you!

Many of the women I work with have spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves.

I provide compassionate, body-centered telehealth therapy for women across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Kentucky who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, chronic pain, and neurodivergence.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I integrate somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and evidence-informed approaches to help you understand what your body has been trying to communicate. Together we'll gently explore patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build lasting self-trust.

I believe healing doesn't come from pushing harder or fixing yourself. It begins by feeling safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with who you've always been beneath survival.

My approach to therapy

I believe your body is not working against you. The anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, shutdown, or constant busyness that brought you here often began as ways your nervous system learned to protect you.

Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" we'll become curious about, "What happened, and what has your body been carrying?"

My approach combines somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress, life transitions, chronic illness, chronic pain, and neurodivergence.

Therapy with me moves at a pace that honors your nervous system. Together we'll increase awareness, develop practical regulation skills, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable, not forced.

What you can expect from me

In our first telehealth session, it is about getting to know you, not asking you to tell your entire story.

We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping will feel different in your life, and what's been feeling most difficult lately. I'll ask questions about your history, relationships, strengths, and current stressors, but we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is never pressure to share more than you're ready to.

You'll also learn a little about how I work, including my body-centered, nervous system-informed approach. Together we'll begin identifying goals, exploring patterns, and creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic.

Many clients tell me they leave their first session feeling relieved, like they finally have a place where they don't have to hold everything together alone.
