Our mental health services include the ADHD testing, diagnosis, treatment, and evidence-based management of mental health disorders, medication management, appropriate screenings, psychotherapy, and life coaching. We also strive to reduce stigma and to help you face stressful challenges in your life.
Our first intake session is designed to help us get to know you and understand your unique needs on a deeper level. I take a holistic approach to your mental health, examining all aspects of your life to create an individualized care plan.
