Life always has a way of throwing curveballs at us and tries to get us to the point of breaking. I am a firm believer that nobody walking this Earth is broken and that everyone has the capability to heal and feel whole again. Many times, in order to achieve this, we need a little assistance, a gentle hand, encouragement and support. I am passionate about helping those reach their full potential and I am passionate about working in this field. I truly enjoy watching people heal, grow and have their "Ah-ha" moments during sessions.

My approach to therapy

I have provided Individual and family therapy. I am thrilled to have a niche of working with the youth. I also serve adults and have had pleasure of seeing the benefits in working with both. I specialize in Trauma & Grief and have a background in depression, anxiety and mood disorders.

I have also had several years of joyful experience in treating diverse populations, including but not limited to the LGBTQ population and other marginalized groups, abuse victims, and other populations. Allow me to help you find your voice.
