Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brad. I’ve been in practice for 11 years and hold two earned Master’s degrees along with a Professional Specialization in Mental Health. While education deeply informs my work, what matters most to me is the collaborative healing process that unfolds between us. I believe in talk therapy — in the power of thoughtful conversation, reflection, and relationship to create real and lasting change. Over the years, I’ve witnessed clients grow in ways that once felt impossible to them.

You may be considering counseling because life has started to feel unmanageable. Perhaps you’re in a crisis of meaning or purpose. Maybe you find yourself caught in repetitive, unhelpful mental loops that leave you feeling stuck, discouraged, or disconnected from yourself. Whatever has brought you here, I see therapy as a place to pause, make sense of your experience, and begin moving toward something steadier and more fulfilling.

My approach is collaborative and grounded. I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the room, meeting you with steadiness, curiosity, and respect. Together, we work to understand patterns that no longer serve you, clarify what truly matters, and cultivate a more meaningful and emotionally satisfying life.

If you’re ready to begin this process, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
