Great to meet you!

I favor a collaborative learning process in my work. Inspiring sources include Michael Singer's "Living Untethered", David Hawkins " Map Of Consciousness" ACIM, and the Enneagram. I specialize in clarifying practical ways to do "inner work" on the 16 Universal Emotions. I have 3 decades + experience with clients of all , backgrounds, and complex histories. I enjoy working with couples a lot.

My approach to therapy

Empathic listening, support, and a place of safety is the beginning cornerstone. The second cornerstone is teaching and supporting the practice of rapidly transforming any negative emotions that drain our energy. .The mind can be a very confusing maze without some clear maps to guide that transformation. The overall goal is to address any unresolved traumas, unsatisfying relationships or lifestyles, frustrations, losses, in short anything that causes suffering and drains one's energy. And to simultaneously coach and support lifestyle practice such as mindfulness and the many energetic modalities such as yoga, and the science of sound to build energetic vitality and balance.

What you can expect from me

More energy! A growing understanding of the mind and emotions. An overview of the stark contrast between the small fear dominated personality ego and our kindness based Authentic Self. Precise identifications of your sources of energy to protect, and troublesome thoughts and behaviors that are draining you. I recommend key readings as part of the therapy process.
