Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and over 10 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy. I specialize in working with adults and members of the LGBTQ+ community, supporting concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions. My clinical background includes outpatient and crisis-stabilization settings, with a strong focus on trauma-informed, affirming, and client-centered care. I am passionate about helping people build confidence, emotional resilience, and a life that aligns with their values and authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and focus on strengths and solutions that support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll talk about your goals, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also getting a sense of what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and together we’ll start identifying strengths, patterns, and possible next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
