Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brad! My style is direct and practical. I won't just nod and reflect your words back at you. We'll dig into what's actually driving the patterns, figure out what needs to change, and build real tools you can use outside of our sessions. Therapy with me isn't about venting indefinitely. It's about understanding yourself clearly enough to move differently.

I specialize in anxiety, burnout, and the kind of exhaustion or "stuck" feeling that doesn't always show up on the outside. I also have deep professional experience with grief, caregiver burnout, and life transitions tied to aging, whether you're navigating your own or carrying someone else's. I'm also a proud affirming provider for LGBTQIA+ clients and bring both clinical training and genuine investment to that work.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Most of my clients find that Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) resonate strongly with their experience, supported by foundational approaches like CBT and DBT as the work requires.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want you to feel comfortable. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what we're working with and where we can go together. Depending on what comes up, I may give you something small to try before our next session so we can start figuring out what actually works for you.
