Great to meet you!

Hey there, I’m Bradley Maxwell, MA, LPC. I believe therapy should be more than simply getting through a difficult moment—it should be an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, create meaningful change, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and individualized. I create a space where you can be honest and explore the parts of your life that may be difficult to talk about elsewhere. Together, we’ll look beyond surface-level concerns to better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions influencing how you think, feel, and navigate relationships.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can interfere with feeling your best. I tailor therapy to each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, incorporating practical strategies while creating space for deeper personal insight.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where we discuss what it is you are looking to gain from therapy, address any questions you may have, and begin building the foundation for a healthy and healing therapeutic relationship. Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and finding someone you genuinely connect with matters. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and want a therapeutic experience that is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meaningful results, I’d be honored to work with you.
