Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a mother of 4 who enjoys yoga, reading, being in nature, and helping people feel empowered to heal themselves. I have over 12 years of experience in mental health specifically with adolescent and adults. I specialize in anxiety/depression and trauma-based challenges. I see things from a holistic view and am all about aligning the mind, body and soul.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very laid-back and relaxed. I want my clients to feel comfortable confiding in me and not feel judged. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as some EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel empowered, have a more positive outlook on life and relationships, and will have a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior.
