My goal is to support lasting well-being by fostering self-awareness, healing, and positive change.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma history, life transitions, relationship difficulties. Using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual.
