Great to meet you!

Starting your journey toward personal growth does not require having all the answers. A crucial first step is seeking support. I desire to support you during challenging times, whether you're dealing with unexpected life changes, overwhelming daily stress, or navigating relationships. I foster a supportive environment, meeting you at your current point in life, and together we will explore and understand the patterns that may be affecting you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be tailored to your individual needs. I work with you to identify and change unhelpful patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships using evidence-based techniques. My approach often includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman with couples. If requested, I also offer to integrate faith into your therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

I am convinced that meaningful therapy thrives on a sincere connection between therapist and client. If you are an individual or couple and seek a supportive environment for healing and insight, I encourage you to reach out.
