Brandy Jones

I obtained a Master of Science degree in Addiction Counseling in 2012 and a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling in 2016 from Grand Canyon University. I currently serve adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders, using CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Existential Therapy.

I typically approach therapy from a cognitive behavior concept to help make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking them down into smaller parts to include situations, thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions.

One can expect to practice new skills, work through problems and find one’s own strengths to overcome various obstacles.
