Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with who you are. I know how hard that can be, and reaching out for help is the most important step. I'm passionate about working with adults going through life transitions, and folks who are struggling with anxiety and intense moods that feel out of control. I strive to create a space where you feel you can find and explore your authentic self. I'm also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and I'm committed to providing compassionate, culturally competent, care to all my clients.

Outside of the therapy room, I serve as secretary of the national Queer and Trans Advocacy Network within my professional organization, AAMFT. I also work on the DEI committee within CTAMFT.

My approach to therapy

During our first few sessions I will utilize broad, curious questions, and allow you the space to share what feels most important to you. I utilize a CBT, DBT, and a strengths-based approach in the therapy room. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that feels realistic while still presenting a growth challenge for you.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that each client will leave session feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, and with a sense of motivation to keep working toward their next milestone. Head to my website and book your first session or a free introductory call so we can start this journey together!
