Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Bre! I believe therapy is about slowing down, getting curious, and making space for the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked. Just like my love for baking, long walks, and meaningful experiences, I value being present and intentional. My favorite part of this work is partnering with clients to explore the unique, complex puzzle of who they are. Even when life feels messy or overwhelming, I believe you already hold many of the answers within you. Sometimes, having someone walk alongside you can make all the difference.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they don't fully understand. Together, we'll gently explore those patterns, build insight, and create a space where healing and growth can happen naturally. My goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and empowered as we uncover your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll listen to what's been weighing on your heart while also taking time to understand your strengths, the things that bring you joy, and the people who matter most to you. We'll talk about what you're hoping for from therapy and begin creating a path forward together. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful than when you walked in.
