Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I help black women work through trauma, anxiety, and burnout. My goal is to help make sense of their experiences, reclaim their voices in complex dynamics, and build a life grounded in clarity, self-trust, and purpose. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you understand the “why” behind your patterns and offer tools to help you move forward with intention and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I know that life transitions, unresolved traumas, and unclear boundaries can leave you feeling drained or disconnected from who you want to be. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and affirming space that empowers you to do the healing work and achieve your goals. My approach is collaborative and centers your strengths, because I value your insights and perspectives.

What you can expect from me

The first session will help me understand your therapeutic needs through assessment and will allow you to gain a clearer understanding of my approach through any questions you may have. We will also identify goals, frequency and next steps for treatment.
