Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who attended Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression using a client-led, skills-based approach and EMDR therapy for trauma recovery. My office hours are Monday 1-5, Tue - Thur 10-5, and Friday 10-1 pm. I only offer in person on Wednesdays.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who have experienced trauma, domestic abuse or intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, stress, shame, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you recognize and utilize your strengths so that you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

My approach to counseling is client-led and collaborative—I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you as we work toward your goals. I draw from a skills-based approach to help clients build practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-understanding. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma treatment, helping clients process painful experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
