Great to meet you!

I’ve spent over a decade helping people find balanced footing during some of their life’s most challenging moments. I enjoy working with clients across different ages and life stages as they navigate transitions, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and overwhelming stress. I work with clients from adolescence to seasoned adulthood, including couples. Clients describe me as calm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, supported, and able to explore your circumstances without fear of judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone benefits from having a space to slow down, reflect, and separate themselves from the challenges they’re facing. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work side by side to understand your story, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I offer guidance and perspective while helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward greater balance and self-awareness. I offer both office-based and virtual sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’re welcome to share at your own pace while I listen and begin to understand how best to support you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and more hopeful about what’s ahead.
