Great to meet you!

If you’re neurodivergent or feel like your brain works differently and nothing you’ve tried has quite worked, I help you make sense of your patterns and find approaches that actually fit you. Therapy with me is practical and collaborative, focused on understanding how your mind works, reducing overwhelm, and building strategies that are sustainable. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and able to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

We’ll work together to understand how your mind works, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build strategies that actually fit you. Whether you’re dealing with emotional intensity, focus challenges, or patterns around substances or behaviors, I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening and create practical, sustainable ways forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get clear on what’s going on, what’s been keeping you stuck, and what you actually need right now. I’ll ask focused questions to help us identify patterns and priorities, and we’ll begin outlining practical next steps. The goal is for you to leave with clarity, direction, and a better understanding of how we can move forward.

I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy, including ADHD and autism support, addiction, twice-exceptional (2E) concerns, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), BPD, and complex clinical presentations. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent couples, helping partners better understand differences in communication, emotional needs, and processing styles so they can build more effective and supportive relationships.
