Great to meet you!

I want you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings so that you can move forward towards your life goals.

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA) in North Carolina.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic approach which incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy depending on which approaches best fulfill the needs of the individual or couple. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and addresses the unique circumstances and challenges of each individual or couple.

What you can expect from our first session

In individual therapy, I will help you connect with your core values and strengths, to help you overcome the challenges you are facing. In couples therapy, we will strengthen areas of your relationship that are working, and explore solutions for those that are not. I would be honored to walk with you on this life-enriching journey towards wellness.
