Great to meet you!
I am a trauma-informed clinician with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through compassionate, collaborative care. My background includes crisis response work in domestic violence, sexual assault, and community-based street outreach (working alongside law enforcement), as well as experience in private practice, which has shaped my ability to meet people with presence, respect, and authenticity in life’s most challenging moments. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and my Master of Social Work from Boise State University. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from family systems, EMDR, mind-body bridging, somatic techniques, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. I bring a steady, approachable presence to my work—balancing clinical skill with genuine warmth—and believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered in their healing.
