Great to meet you!

I am an LPC with 9 years of experience providing therapy in Texas and New Mexico. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling and my area of expertise in heavily focused in trauma, emotional responses and stabilize clients with complex mental health challenges. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My focus on therapy is to provide a calm, supportive space where individuals can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what they are carrying. I believe clients seek therapy to find answers about their lifelong struggles and guidance on how to achieve meaningful change. My approach in counseling in person-centered, I believe, and I have witness in my practice and personal life, that individuals are capable of change and turn their lives around, regardless of their start point.

What you can expect from me

I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR and Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy to help clients process painful experiences and move towards stability and self-balance. I aim to meet clients where they are at, without judgement, and help them build both insight and practical tools for navigating life with more clarity and ease.
