Great to meet you!

As a graduate of Capella University, I am interested in helping people see the good things about life. Having worked with in patient and out patient clients, I know what it's like to take freedom for granted and allow difficulties to hinder you. As adults we can get overwhelmed with pursuing income and maintaining a life of happiness, but I want to help you get past depression, anxiety, and other things you do not understand.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Since it is you that life is happing to, I want you to tell your story so we can analyze the situations and see solutions. I like to treat the whole person, not just symptoms and behavior.

What you can expect from our first session

After a session with me I want you to feel like I care and want to help you. I want you to feel comfortable enough to tell me if you feel listened to and helped.
