Great to meet you!

I believe that healing and growth happen within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, and genuine. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to share openly, ask questions, and explore difficult emotions without fear of judgment.

While I offer support and validation, I also believe in helping clients challenge patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may no longer be serving them. Therapy is not about being "fixed"; it's about understanding yourself more deeply, developing effective coping skills, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions, while recognizing that every person's journey is unique. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you gain insight, build on your strengths, and develop the tools needed to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and many people are unsure of what to expect. During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and discussing what has led you to seek therapy at this point in your life. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

The first session is also your opportunity to determine whether I am the right fit for you. You're welcome to ask questions about my approach, the therapy process, or anything else that feels important. By the end of our initial meeting, we'll begin identifying goals and developing a plan that reflects your unique needs and priorities.
