Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Brenda Wallace and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work and have since dedicated my career to supporting people through their healing and growth.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be fully seen and heard—without judgment. Each person’s story is unique, and I tailor our work together to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or striving to build a more fulfilling life, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and respect.

You don’t have to face this alone—healing begins with connection.

My approach to therapy

Each person brings a unique story, and I believe therapy should reflect that individuality. When we begin our work together, we’ll form a collaborative partnership centered on your needs and goals. Open communication and mutual respect are the foundation of our relationship. I’m here to listen without judgment, offer thoughtful challenges, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with an introductory session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We'll collaborate to clarify your goals and determine the best path forward—together. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable being vulnerable.

Depending on your needs and preferences, I may draw from approaches such as person-centered therapy, which emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and your unique strengths, and mindfulness-based practices, which help cultivate greater awareness, presence, and emotional balance. From this foundation, we’ll continue to build a therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful growth and healing.
