Great to meet you!

My name is Brent, I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I have worked with clients of all ages, from early childhood to older adults. My work has involved supporting high-risk clients facing a variety of mental health issues, improving parent-child relationships, and conducting family therapy. I address challenges including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, men’s issues, divorce, stress management, & work-life balance.

My approach to therapy

Life can be challenging, and therapy shouldn’t add to that stress. I’m here to offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore your mental health. Everyone experiences mental health challenges in different ways, and I am here to help you navigate through them. Congratulations on taking this first step towards healing; I understand from experience that it can be difficult.

What you can expect from me

Change can be daunting, and I am here to support and empower you in meeting your needs and pursuing your dreams. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, non-judgement environment where you can feel safe to explore your mental health needs. Together, we can uncover your strengths and instill hope for progress and growth. I look forward to working with you and helping you live your best life!
