Great to meet you!

  • I truly care about your well-being. You are not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms—you are a whole person with a unique story, and I am here to listen with empathy and without judgment.
  • I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you. I believe in partnering with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and needs.
  • I value trust, safety, and connection in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and supported in a space where healing can truly begin.
  • I am continuously learning and evolving, staying current with the latest research and best practices so I can offer the highest quality of care.
  • This work is personal to me—not just professional. I chose this path because I believe in the power of hope, resilience, and recovery. Your progress matters to me, and I consider it a privilege to be part of your journey.

You deserve care that is not only clinically sound but also deeply human. That’s what I strive to provide every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to treating the whole person. I strive to build trusting, therapeutic relationships and create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and empowered.

I combine psychopharmacology with supportive therapies, lifestyle interventions, and collaboration with other providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Guided by cultural competence and trauma-informed care, I aim to reduce stigma, support recovery, and promote mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away:

  • A Personalized Treatment Plan tailored to their specific needs, whether that includes medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle adjustments, or referrals to other supports.
  • Education and Understanding of their diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment options, so they feel informed and involved in their care.
  • Practical Tools and Strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges in their daily lives.
  • Ongoing Support and Monitoring, with regular check-ins to ensure progress, adjust treatment as needed, and celebrate successes along the way.
  • A Holistic Perspective that considers the whole person—mind, body, and environment—when addressing mental health.

Above all, clients can expect to be met with empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to helping them achieve lasting improvement in their mental and emotional well-being.
