Great to meet you!

After more than 20 years in practice, I've intentionally narrowed my focus to adolescents, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism), and individuals exploring gender identity.

I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported as we collaborate on developing practical tools and new ways of making sense of their experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with listening carefully, not only to what clients are saying, but also to the patterns, themes, and experiences that emerge over time. As we work together, we often co-create images, metaphors, or language that help pull those experiences together into a more coherent whole, allowing clients to see their feelings and experiences with greater clarity. Something I emphasize throughout therapy is each client's own agency within the therapeutic process. My role is to serve as a guide, drawing on my experience, education, and expertise to help clients better understand where they are and gain greater clarity about where they want to be going.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and talking about what brought you to therapy. We don't need to have everything figured out in one meeting. Instead, we'll begin to make sense of what you're experiencing, identify what you'd like to be different, and map a path forward together. Above all, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a sense that meaningful change is possible.
