I am dedicated to guiding adult men through the unique challenges that you face, including the journey of recovery from sex addiction, life transitions, and other personal struggles. As you move forward, you will deepen your self-discovery and grow in self-awareness, both of which are essential for lasting change. I help you build healthier relationships, manage emotions like anxiety or depression, and navigate life transitions with confidence.

I am fully licensed to provide counseling in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and I am certified in both sex addiction recovery and substance use counseling.

IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICE: While I am in-network for individual therapy, I do NOT accept insurance for couples counseling. All couples sessions are strictly out-of-pocket/private-pay.

In our first session, I’ll focus on building trust and giving you space to share your story. At the same time, we’ll do a thorough assessment so we can identify your goals and craft a clear, personalized plan.
