Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying stress, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions on your own for a long time. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want a supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and better understand what they’re going through. My goal is to help you make sense of difficult emotions, strengthen your relationships, and build tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are and feel safe exploring your thoughts, experiences, and goals at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel emotionally safe, respected, and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I recognize that mental health is shaped not only by personal experiences, but also by family dynamics, culture, community, and larger systems. I take a holistic view of care and tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, values, and strengths. Whether you are working through past trauma, current stress, conflict in relationships, or a period of uncertainty, I aim to help you build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward lasting emotional well-being in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what support would feel most helpful right now. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. I use a trauma-informed approach, which means I am mindful of how past experiences can affect emotions, relationships, and daily life, and I will never pressure you to talk about anything before you are ready. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you. My priority is to build trust, create emotional safety, and work together in a way that feels collaborative, empowering, and centered on your goals.
