Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bri, the owner and primary therapist at Wild Things Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience specializing in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m passionate about helping people face their fears, break free from old patterns, and create lasting change.

I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and tic disorders. Clients who work with me should know that therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up as your authentic self and being willing to do the hard but rewarding work of growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is action-based and grounded in evidence-based practices like ERP and ACT. That means together we’ll take purposeful steps to confront challenges, even when it feels uncomfortable. ERP helps you face your fears, while ACT helps you accept difficult emotions and reconnect with your values.

I believe in meeting you where you are—not where society says you should be—and embracing the wild, messy, and untamed parts of you that make you whole. Therapy with me isn’t about fitting into a box; it’s about breaking free and discovering your full potential.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to walk away with tools that empower you to face discomfort, manage tough emotions, and take action aligned with your values. Sessions are active, challenging, and supportive—I’ll be right there with you as you confront fears and push through barriers. Over time, you’ll build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. My hope is that you leave therapy not just coping, but truly thriving—with lasting change that allows you to live more fully and authentically.
