Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who is ready to begin healing but may not know exactly where to start. They might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or that lovely combo plate of generational trauma and high-functioning overwhelm. They want to feel more balanced, more connected, and more in control of their emotional world (without feeling like they need a PhD in self-help books). What they truly want is clarity, peace of mind, and the tools to build a more fulfilling life—for themselves and for those around them.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from evidence‐based practices while keeping sessions grounded in real‐life conversation. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe space where you can show up fully as yourself—without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and find tools that actually fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. I’ll ask some questions to understand your story, your goals, and what you’d like to work on. We’ll start building a plan together that feels realistic, supportive, and true to you. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and like you’ve found a space where you can be yourself.
