Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 12 years of experience in a variety of settings. I understand firsthand the challenges that arise in life. Whether you are struggling with daily stress in our lives, striving to mend or transform relationships, navigating the complexities of grief, laying the groundwork for major life changes, or embarking on your journey of healing from traumatic events, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

For me, therapy is about developing a safe place of mutual trust, understanding, and unwavering support. It allows space to move towards where you may feel "stuck" so we move towards meaningful change. Through the use of my own life experiences, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused interventions, family systems therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques, any challenge becomes an opportunity for growth.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are struggling with stress and anxiety in your daily life, repairing or changing relationships, coping with grief, taking steps forward in a new direction, or courageously seeking to address and move on from traumatic experiences, I'm here for you. I follow your steps as we address whatever has been holding you back. We will identify opportunities for growth; and utilize various tools to help break out of our old familiar patterns towards a life well-lived.
