Great to meet you!

I have provided care for clients for over thirteen years in various formats from working in the educational system to community and private practices. Most currently, I am a clinical supervisor for an online platform that provides care for high acuity patients in an Intensive Outpatient Program. I love working as a healer and supporting my patients through evidenced-based treatment and the utmost ethnical care.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy utilizes a multi-modality approach that includes CBT, DBT, and ACT primarily and occasionally, if needed, Psychodynamic approaches.

What you can expect from me

My hopes for our first session together, through compassion, reflection, and active listening, is to build the necessary therapeutic rapport. This helps to lay the framework for creating the necessary treatment plan to give you, your family, or other stakeholders the best possible outcome for treatment. By the end of the session, The goal is for you to come away from the engagement feeling hopeful for the future no matter what obstacles you hope to address and overcome.
