Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. I completed my clinical training at a community mental health center, where I discovered a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, as a member of the queer community, I am deeply familiar with the lived experience of being LGBTQ+ in modern-day America.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen without the pressure of labels, though I provide them when they offer validation. I integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy to help you connect with your body, alongside solution-focused techniques to address immediate challenges. As a queer and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I prioritize creating a safe, authentic environment where we can explore your inner truth together.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is an 'intake' session, but I keep it conversational. We will go over:

  • Your Goals: What does 'feeling better' look like for you?
  • Your History: A brief look at what has shaped your current experience.
  • Logistics: Any questions you have about my methods, like somatic therapy or mindfulness.
  • Connection: Ensuring that we are a good fit for one another.

My goal is for you to leave the first session with a clearer sense of how we will work together toward your authentic self.
