Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of change isn’t knowing what’s wrong—it’s knowing where to start.

That’s where therapy can help.

Hi, I’m Briana, a licensed mental health therapist and the founder of All Kinds Counseling INC. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, life stress, relationship challenges, and the complicated process of personal growth.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, and begin building a path toward the kind of life you want to live.

I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or one-size-fits-all. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, but more importantly, I focus on creating a space where you can show up as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, challenge patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools that support your goals.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure everything out before you walk in the door. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

My approach to therapy

Once we have a clearer understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy, we begin identifying practical ways to move forward. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, which help us examine patterns in thoughts and behaviors and focus on realistic, actionable solutions. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches to help build coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients working with me can expect a straightforward, action-oriented approach that focuses on real change to achieve your goals. This will include improved emotional regulation, self-awareness and resilience; along with practical skills for managing stress, navigating relationships and achieving goals. Clients will engage with therapy while feeling stronger, more capable, and equipped with tools they need to thrive.
