Great to meet you!
I am a licensed therapist with over eight years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of growth, healing, and transition. My work is deeply informed by a diverse professional background that includes foster care and adoption, military families, maternal and perinatal mental health, Christian counseling, etc. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing looks different for everyone—and that care should always be compassionate, culturally responsive, and rooted in respect for each person’s story.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park, and my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. My training in public health allows me to view mental health through a holistic lens, considering not only emotional well-being but also family systems, community, faith, and life circumstances.
In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment. Whether you are navigating motherhood, family dynamics, identity questions, trauma, faith-related concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I believe in the power of connection, hope, and practical tools—and I am honored to partner with clients as they work toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.
