Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across school, private practice, and clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, with a focus on creating a welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I enjoy helping clients navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth while building practical skills that support their overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I primarily incorporate Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with strengths-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based techniques. I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills for emotional regulation, coping, communication, and problem-solving. When working with children and adolescents, I also incorporate creative and play-based interventions to make therapy engaging, comfortable, and developmentally appropriate.

What you can expect from me

After our first session, clients can expect to leave with a better understanding of what the therapeutic process may look like and a sense of the goals they would like to work toward. My priority is to begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship while learning more about each client’s experiences, strengths, needs, and concerns. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and developing a personalized approach to support meaningful growth and progress.
