Great to meet you!

I work from a culturally humble, systems-informed framework with adult children of immigrants and historically overlooked communities—especially those from African, Caribbean, Latin American, and other cultural backgrounds. I specialize in helping young adults and new parents heal from generational trauma while navigating traditions and independence.

If you're figuring out how to honor your heritage while building your own life—managing work stress, navigating complex family dynamics, or discovering a version of your culture.

I Also Work With:

High-performing leaders—parents in demanding careers who are experiencing burnout.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy—one that honors the full complexity of who you are. While I’m attentive to symptoms and patterns, I also look deeper, exploring how your environment, relationships, and past experiences shape your present.

Many of my clients are navigating their 20's and 30's career advancement, navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Our work focuses on understanding these experiences with compassion and curiosity, so you can feel more grounded and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll get curious about your story, your needs, and what brought you to therapy. I ask thoughtful questions to understand patterns, challenges, and strengths, particularly around anxiety, relationships, and major life transitions. With humor, honesty, and compassion, we’ll begin mapping out your goals and finding language for your experiences—because naming what you feel is often the first step toward growth and healing.
