Great to meet you!

Life can be tough, and sometimes we all need a place where we can take a break and not feel like we have to have everything figured out. I work with kids, teens, young adults, and families who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, family stress, identity issues, relationship struggles, and all the changes that come with life.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of CBT, Play Therapy, Attachment-Based approaches, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. For younger kids, that might mean learning through play and creative activities. For teens and adults, it often means learning coping skills, looking at patterns, strengthening relationships, and finding practical tools that make everyday life feel easier to handle.

What you can expect from me

I think therapy is best when people feel safe enough to be themselves, laugh when they need to, cry when they need to, and know they won’t be judged for where they are. I aim to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported, while also being encouraged to grow.
