I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an MSN from Walden University and a BSN from Wesley College. I’ve worked across multiple healthcare specialties, which helps me take a well-rounded, practical approach to mental health care. I have experience treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD. I focus on creating a supportive, respectful space where you feel comfortable being open and involved in your treatment.

I offer supportive, evidence-based psychiatric care in a relaxed and judgment-free space. My approach focuses on listening first, working together on treatment decisions, and using medications thoughtfully when helpful. I aim to make appointments feel comfortable and collaborative, not rushed or intimidating. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, understood, and confident in your care.

During your first session, we’ll take time to thoroughly review your symptoms, history, and concerns to better understand what’s going on, which may include some screening tools or assessments. We’ll talk through possible diagnoses and treatment options in a clear, collaborative way. We’ll also discuss your goals and what you’d like life to look like with the right support. Most importantly, the first visit is about starting an open, honest conversation and building a comfortable, patient-centered relationship.
