Great to meet you!

You are not broken—you are unfolding. You don’t need to “fix” yourself—you need a space where all parts of you feel seen, understood, and supported. I help individuals untangle deep-seated patterns, wounds, and beliefs that keep them stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, and disconnection. In my practice, I focus on helping those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship dynamic issues, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. I am passionate about providing an environment that feels collaborative, welcoming, and supportive—a space where you can heal, learn, and grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply body- and mind-based, integrating Brainspotting, somatic healing, parts work, narrative therapy, and attachment-based therapy. By reconnecting you with your inner wisdom, we can uncover the root of emotional pain and create lasting transformation. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to yourself.

What you can expect from me

I am trained in various clinical modalities and use the modalities that best meet my client's needs. I focus on creating an environment that inspires hope and feels collaborative and welcoming. In my practice, I focus on helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, burn out, substance abuse, grief, relationship dynamic issues, parenting issues, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
