Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I work with individuals across the lifespan and support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions. As a military veteran, I bring a strong commitment to service, resilience, and understanding to the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each individual. I believe mental health treatment works best when providers and clients work together to create a plan that aligns with personal goals and values. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, and goals for treatment. This conversation helps us gain a clear understanding of your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan together. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and informed about the next steps in your care.
