I am a compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and self-confidence challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, military service members, veterans, law enforcement professionals, and first responders, recognizing the unique experiences and stressors these populations face.
As a military veteran, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change.
