Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brit. I'm a neurodivergent and highly sensitive expressive arts therapist. I support folks in Asheville and virtually throughout NC. I focus on working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, and grief or loss.

My approach to therapy

I bring a creative approach to my therapy practice by blending talk therapy with drawing, painting, collaging, sculpting, and other art processes to help you experience, express, and understand your emotions. My goal is to support you in taking creative action to improve your mental health. Together, we can identify expressive coping skills that work best for you!

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will explore what you’re hoping to get out of your therapy experience. If you feel unsure of where to begin, we can use creative materials as a starting point. Art-making can help you notice thoughts and emotions that are difficult to access with words. I look forward to connecting with you!
