Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I offer a supportive, whole-person approach to therapy for adults and adolescents. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore life’s challenges, connect with your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I work alongside clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and peripartum experiences.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from evidence-based, trauma-informed methods such as EMDR, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, sandtray, nature-based approaches, and somatic awareness, I tailor treatment to meet each person’s unique needs. My specialties include supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma recovery, grief processing, and peripartum mental health.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out for support is a courageous step. In our work together, you’ll find a non-judgmental, empowering environment where growth is possible and healing can take root. Whether you’re seeking tools to manage daily stress or navigating deeper life challenges, you don’t have to do it alone—I’m here to walk with you toward your goals.
