Great to meet you!

I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 10 years and have a strong passion working with individuals dealing with stress and anxiety, due to personal and/or relationship issues.

My belief is that therapy is best done collaboratively. I use a blend of person-centered, cognitive, and solution-focused therapies. As I believe everyone is different, I also believe treatment goals should be individualized and tailored to fit the clients specific needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize integrative models involving insight oriented, cognitive behavioral, developmental, EMDR, solution-focused, and creative counseling concepts from existing theories which recognize that change comes from not only verbal, but also visual and kinesthetic exchanges.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that the Professional Therapeutic Relationship between client and therapist is the key variable in facilitating positive changes. My belief is that clients have the natural ability to learn, change, and grow towards his or her full potential, so they may experience more meaningful, healthier, and happier lives. I also believe growth is a process and not a race.
