Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Addictions Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. If you’re looking for a therapist who feels like a real human—warm, empathetic, supportive, with a little humor and zero stuffiness—we might be a good fit. I’m a hardworking, caffeine‐powered mom who knows what it’s like to juggle “all the things” and still feel like you’re dropping the ball. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, depression, or the mental load of parenthood, you deserve a space to exhale and say the unfiltered version out loud. With me, therapy feels like a real conversation—no judgment, some occasional cursing, and a lot of compassion—as we sort through the chaos together. One step at a time; I’m ready to listen. My approach is warm, empathetic, and down‐to‐earth, and I use humor when it helps us connect. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life; I’m here to partner with you, help you feel understood, and support you in finding solutions that align with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down‐to‐earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation where you feel understood—not judged or talked at. I use a blend of evidence‐based practices, practical tools, and genuine connection to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. I bring humor when it helps, structure when it’s needed, and always tailor our work to your values, strengths, and goals. My role is to walk alongside you, help you gain clarity, and support you in creating meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly without pressure. I’ll spend time getting to know you—what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what you want life to feel like. We’ll explore your goals together and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My focus is on helping you feel understood, supported, and comfortable enough to be yourself from the very beginning.
