Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, self-worth, and healthier relationships with themselves and others. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, and emotional difficulties. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative while also encouraging you to challenge thoughts and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy to help you build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is not to tell you who to become, but to help you recognize the strengths and value that already exist within you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you beyond a diagnosis or the challenges that brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what is most important to you, and what you would like your life to look and feel like moving forward. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and personal to you. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you are heard, supported, and encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
